1. When selecting a type, first consider what kind of raw material is pulverized by the pulverizer purchased. For crushing grain feeds, hammer mills with top feed can be selected; smashed bran grain wheat feeds can be selected, and claw mills can be selected; if versatility is required, such as crushing cereals, Both the cake valley and the straw can be selected, and the tangential feed hammer mill can be selected; the mineral feed such as shells can be crushed, and the shellless sieve mill can be selected; if used as a premix feed, the particle size of the product is required to be crushed. 2. The specifications and the nameplate of the general pulverizer carry the rated production capacity (kg/h) of the pulverizer. (2) The production capacity of the selected pulverizer is slightly larger than the actual required production capacity, and the continuous production and supply of feed will not be affected when the production capacity of the pulverizer is reduced due to wear of the hammer and air leakage.
3. The energy consumption of the pulverizer is very large. When purchasing, it is necessary to consider energy saving. According to the standards of the relevant departments, the hammer mill will not produce less than 48 kg per kWh when smashing the sieve with φ1.2mm mesh for corn. At present, the power output of the domestic hammer mill has greatly exceeded the above regulations, and the high quality has reached 70 to 75 kg / kWh.
4. The matching power of the crusher. Both the machine manual and the nameplate carry the kilowatts of power of the motor of the shredder. It often indicates not a fixed number but a certain range. For example, 9FQ? 20 type pulverizer, supporting power is 7.5? 11kw; 9FQ? 60 type pulverizer, supporting power is 30? 40kw. There are two reasons for this. First, there is a big difference in the power required when the pulverized raw materials are different. For example, under the same working conditions, the pulverized sorghum is twice as powerful as the pulverized corn. Second, when switching to different sieve holes, the load of the pulverizer has a great influence. Some people think that when the 9FQ? 60 type pulverizer uses a sieve of φ1.2mm mesh, the motor capacity should be 40kw. When using a sieve with φ2mm mesh, a 30kw motor can be used, and a φ3mm mesh hole is a 22kw motor. Otherwise it will cause some waste. Small single machines use self-weighting to reduce the structure. Most of the medium-sized pulverizers are equipped with a negative pressure suction device. The advantage is that the moisture of the finished product can be absorbed, the humidity in the finished product is reduced, the storage efficiency is improved, the pulverization efficiency is increased by 10-15%, and the dusting degree of the pulverization chamber is lowered. Institutional transport is mostly used for shredders with a desktop output greater than 2.5T.
6. Dust and noise of the pulverizer. The dust and noise in feed processing are mainly from the pulverizer. These two sanitation indicators should be fully considered in the selection. If you have to use the noise and dust high crusher, you should take noise reduction and dust-proof measures to improve the working environment and help the operator's health.
